Why we collect these

The board reviews concerns each month to look for trends — a single pothole report is useful; ten reports on the same block change what we ask the city for at the next council meeting. Your submission goes to the board's distribution list and is stored privately.

What we will and won't do

Will: Log your report and look for recurring patterns over time.
Will: With your consent, share your name and details with the relevant city department if the board escalates.
Won't: Publish your submission publicly. (We may post de-identified quarterly summaries on a separate page.)
Won't: Auto-forward your report to the city. Use Report an Issue to the City for that.
