Sign up for alerts

For official emergency notifications covering Eau Claire, sign up with both the city and the county — they cover different incidents and channels.

River-level monitoring

The Chippewa River runs along the west edge of our neighborhood. The National Weather Service publishes real-time river-gauge data and flood-stage forecasts.

Access & Functional Needs (AFN) registry

Eau Claire County maintains a voluntary Access and Functional Needs (AFN) registry. If you or someone in your household has a disability, medical condition, mobility limitation, or other access need that may require assistance during an emergency, please register so first responders know in advance.

• Register with Eau Claire County Emergency Management — ask about the AFN registry when you contact the office.
